Choose the neckline and sleeve length before approving artwork. A round neck gives a conventional crewneck finish; a V-neck needs more clearance above a chest print. Event shirts, school activity shirts and branded merchandise may require different fits.
Compare chest width and body length with the current size chart. For children, use actual measurements alongside age guidance. Confirm that the artwork remains proportionate when the order includes a wide range of sizes.
Share the artwork at its intended print size. Screen printing and transfer options can be reviewed for the selected fabric and quantity; embroidery should be checked for backing and weight so it does not distort a lightweight shirt.
Keep chest artwork below the point of the V and inspect the neckline seam on the sample. Confirm the depth of the opening as part of the fit approval.
